Brief Information

The use of 'Xenvs', 'Us', 'We', 'Our', or 'Xenvs Hosting' refers to Xenvs Hosting. The following terms apply to everyone who is acquiring an account with us, or whom currently has an account with us. We can only ask that you read the following polices and terms and conditions and abide by them. If for any reason you violate our terms, you will be penalized depending on the severity of your actions.

We have the right to edit our policies, and terms and conditions terminate, suspend, revoke, delete, and edit all accounts at any time and without notice.

Before Ordering

Please fill out the order forms accordingly, putting the correct information, and filling out the application completely. If incorrect information is given, there will be no effort on our behalf to contact you, or find the correct information. If you happen to realize after you gave the incorrect information please contact us with the revised information as soon as possible so everything is hassle free.

After Ordering

After you placed your order in our client area, you are expected to pay the invoice shortly after. We provide you with a 3-day grace period before a 10% late fee will be applied to your invoice. Once the invoice has been paid our staff will put together your account depending on the specified information.

All packages come with a free domain name on purchase yearly. If they are not claimed within 24 hours of purchase, they cannot be claimed at all.

Although most hosting services are setup within 1-12 hours after receiving your payment, we cannot guarantee a specific time on when your account will be setup and active.

Promotions

All of our promotion prices are a limited time offer. If you purchase a package using a promotion, refunds will not be available. Once your billing cycle is up, you'll need to pay the usual fee. Under no circumstances will the discounted price be renewed unless stated otherwise.

Forbidden Content

Xenvs Hosting does not have any limitations as to what you can upload to the server. But in a situation where our data center contacts us because they have received a complaint from an outside user about something hosted on your account, we expect that the content be removed immediately.

Free Domain Names

We must address this issue since most of our plans come with a free domain name if purchased yearly. The free domain name will be of your choice as long as it's available. The domain name will remain in our possession at all times; any domains that have been registered by Xenvs Hosting for our clients as part of their package will remain in our possession. If in the case, the customer decides to cancel his/her account the customer will then have the opportunity to buy the domain from us for one-time fee of $15.00 USD. All domain names abandoned by our clients will remain in our possession and may be put up for sale, adoption, or given away for free.

Domain names registered by us are under no circumstances included in our refund policy. This policy is to ensure that clients are not buying hosting packages solely for the domain name.

If your account is terminated with us, your domain will not be given to you. It will remain in our possession, in all termination cases unless the one-time fee is paid.

Unlimited = Unmetered

Nothing in the world is unlimited, just like our server space and bandwidth. When we say that you have unlimited something, it really means unmetered; when we do not keep track of how much space you are using. In the case of an event like this, we would simply send out a warning email to the user if they were using too much it causes problems with our server. Then after said warning message has been received, if you continue to cripple the server and take advantage of our unlimited services, your account can and will be suspended/terminated. All accounts that exceed the 15% CPU on processes will be suspended.

Refunds

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our hosting please let us know. We maybe able to work out a refund depending on your hosting package and the amount of time you've been with us. We cannot guarantee that you will be given a full, partial, or any kind of refund at all. If your package came with a free domain, the domain will not be refunded and will remain in our possession. If your account is terminated due to the fact that you violate our terms, a refund will not be issued.

Termination

If you would like to cancel your hosting account please remember to contact us as soon as you decide to do so. Once your account is terminated, the files are gone. We cannot recover them. If you decide to be hosted by Xenvs again, you will have to repay for the hosting.

If your account is suspended and has a current balance with us at the time you want to terminate your services, we will not release the files to you unless the said fees are paid.

Xenvs Hosting reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason.

Crashes & Downtime

We are not responsible for loss of data because of server errors, maintenance, or crashes. We tell all clients to take regular backups! We do back up our server daily, but please do not always count on our backups. We guarantee 99.9% unplanned uptime but if in any circumstance there is downtime we recommend all clients wait 10-20 minutes and then refresh their website. If your site is down for a long period of time, please contact support. Again, please be aware that we cannot recover lost data.

To ensure the best possible uptime, server restarts are needed. They take about one or two (2) to five (5) minutes to complete, and you most likely unnoticeable.
